Gluten Free cookery and pastry courses in Grosseto

In my restaurant, Il Carrettino, I hold gluten-free cookery and pastry courses under the patronage of the Municipality of Grosseto and the CAT Confcommercio, which issues a certificate of participation.

The courses consist of 12 hours of lessons for groups of a maximum of 3 people.
